Appointment Cancellation Policy

To ensure the highest level of service for all guests, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Adjustments may be made by contacting the salon directly or through our online booking system.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 30% service fee, unless the reservation is rescheduled.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
